Phase 1: Refugee Claim inside Canada

  • Complete preparation of your case (online application)
  • Preparation of your narrative after several meetings, stating the reasons for persecution
  • Review of your evidence to corroborate your narrative
  • Send the complete application to the government entity
  • Provide you with a copy of your entire application
  • Receive your work permit the same day or shortly after attending the IRCC office, if applicable

Phase 2: Refugee Hearing

  • Advise on all documents and witnesses testimonies necessary for your case

  • Advice on the next step depending on the outcome of the hearing

Government fees: currently the government does not charge you any fees for a refugee claim.
