Most of the time, they must sacrifice for their families because their own country was not stable or safe.
The Canadian government is very sensitive to this fact, as it is established on the Immigration Refugee Protection Act that one of its objectives is to see that families are reunited in Canada. Based on this, Canada has a program to allow spouses and common-law partners to reunite or start a new life here.

How long will my application take?

The government of Canada has committed to processing your application to sponsor your spouse or common-law partner in a 12-month period. If your application is non-routine case, it may take longer. We always aim to submit the most straight-forward application possible to the government for you.

What are your service fees?

Our service fees for spouse or common-law partner sponsorship start at CAD $3,500. Fees may be subject to 13% HST tax.

Are there any government fees?

The processing fee you must pay to the government is $1,050 per person. In addition, you may need to pay a biometrics fee. This fee may be subject to change at any time by the Government of Canada.

The requirements to sponsor a spouse or common-law partner are very complex and the success of your application depends on providing the right documentation.
