derecho a hacer una apelaci\u00f3n ante la Divisi\u00f3n de Apelaciones de Refugiados. Crees que el Miembro cometi\u00f3 errores en su decisi\u00f3n.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Si hiciste tu petici\u00f3n en la frontera entre Canad\u00e1 y los EE.UU., no puedes apelar ante la Divisi\u00f3n, sino ante el Corte Federal.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong><i>Est\u00e1s obligado a notificar a la Divisi\u00f3n tu intenci\u00f3n de apelar en un plazo de 15 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la decisi\u00f3n.
