Keren Mendez
Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant

I grew up in Tegucigalpa, Honduras until I was 12. Then, my family brought me to Canada. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do because I was so young. Today, I see it as the best thing that ever happened to me. I would not be who I am, and I would not have my family if it wasn’t for Canada.

After high school, I studied Business Administration in the University of Windsor. I also worked at Collège Boréal in immigration matters for refugee claimants, professionals and new immigrants in Windsor and Chatham. 

In 2019, I completed a post-graduate degree with the University of British Columbia to become an Immigration Consultant.

The decision was clear for me because I enjoy this work, I enjoy finding solutions and helping others live in Canada.  I was once in your shoes.

Every day, I put myself in my client’s shoes. This even helps me to make strong arguments for my clients before Immigration Canada.

I love to help and I do my best to find solutions. But I am honest whenever there are limited options because I never want to give you any false hope.   

When I’m not working, I am with my husband, my son, daughter, and our two dogs!!

Case Manager

Marianela Robinson, Case Manager

I am originally from Panama. I arrived in Canada in February 2014 as an international student with the dream of growing professionally and building a better future for me and my daughter.

I studied Computer Applications in St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. My work experience was very diverse before I joined Mendez Immigration. I worked from housekeeping, to caregiver and later as Lead Technician in restorations. I went through an immigration process to stay in Canada during the pandemic. That is how I met Keren. From the beginning, she gave me hope and peace of mind.

A few months after, she surprised me by offering me a position with the team. I really liked the work and the results in our clients’s applications. 

I have been with Mendez Immigration since 2021. I look forward to helping you. I always do my work as if it was my own!
